Burgers’ new premises betters aftermarket support

Burgers Equipment & Spares’ recent move to a larger, own facility in Pomona, Gauteng, is part of its overall strategy to elevate customer service through off-the-shelf spare parts availability.

Burgers Equipment and Spares, LiuGong’s dealer in South Africa and Namibia, has opened its new Johannesburg premises at 80 Pomona Road, Pomona, Kempton Park, Gauteng, South Africa.

The move to larger, owned facilities in Pomona has been part of Burgers’ overall strategy to offer better customer service through off-the-shelf spare parts availability, an outside showroom of the LiuGong range of construction equipment, a workshop of 750m² to handle services and repairs to all Burgers supplied equipment and a stock yard of ready-to-dispatch equipment, ensuring that they are able to meet every need of their customers.

The company holds a high value stock holding offering components within service and maintenance categories such as air components, lubrication, tyres, filters and a range of earthmoving spare parts which include GET and engine spares.  The department has also increased its scope of offering to include a new truck trailer spares division incorporating wear plate parts and mechanical suspension parts.

Equipment Africa says: Burgers continues to invest big in aftermarket support to better support LiuGong machines operating in its areas of jurisdiction. Ever since taking over the dealership, Burgers has taken LiuGong to a whole new level in South Africa and Namibia.
